  THIS INSPECTION IS A FOLLOW UP TO THE PREVIOUS INSPECTION. ALL PREVIOUSLY CITED VIOLATIONS HAVE
  BEEN CORRECTED.
   
  THE DISPLAY COOLER IS NOT CURRENTLY BEING USED IT WAS UNPLUGGED AND EMPTY. THE PERSON IN CHARGE
  STATED THAT THEY HAD ORDERED THE WRONG COMPRESSOR AND HAD TO RE-ORDER THE COMPRESSOR. THE PREP
  COOLER WILL BE REPAIRED WHEN THE NEW COMPRESSOR ARRIVES. THE PERSON IN CHARGE AGREED NOT TO USE
  THE COOLER UNTIL IT IS COLD HOLDING BELOW 41F AT ALL TIMES.
   
  THE NON-COMMERCIAL MINI FRIDGE HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A SMALL COMMERCIAL COOLER. REMOVE THE
  NON-COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATOR FROM THE PREMISES AS IT IS UNNECESSARY TO THE FOOD SERVICE
  OPERATION.
